The Founder

Managing Director, Ricky Bhurji, has been working in property since 2005 and has helped hundreds of property investors create, grow & manage their portfolios.
With a corporate agency background and looking over 22 regions, Ricky gained a fascinating insight into the industry – most noticeably, how others operated and did things well versus those who didn’t find as much success in their ventures.
Ricky has also built up a property portfolio comprising several buy to let’s, hmo’s, conversions, auction properties and also new-build. It is through this first-hand experience gained by knowing what works and most importantly, what does not.
